Exhibition Stands Design
In early 2020, Homeaway wanted to share a project for their attendees at the Short Stay Show in London’s Excel. HomeAway, a brand of the world’s largest vacation rental company, Expedia Group, were already on the radar of any notable investor in this sector of the accommodation industry.
The aim of the exhibition was to reinforce HomeAway’s commitment to their customers and share new insights with current and future platform users. Therefore, this project became a design of culture, illustrating the purpose of their presence, to assist homeowners to get the maximum from their property investment with minimal friction.
Creating a high-quality home environment to engage attendees with the same comfort and hospitality as they would for their guests was therefore essential as it sits at the forefront of the HomeAway messaging.
Conversations flowed throughout the event with valuable insights shared between HomeAway and existing as well as new prospects. The property door at the front of the space made a quick visual connection whilst doubling as the entrance to the storeroom, kitted out with lockers, hangers and storage shelves.
Additionally, providing a small coffee machine and a refreshments fridge heightened the sense of hospitality offered by the HomeAway team and allowed for better exploration of the delegates requirements. Overall, the Short Stay Show was a success with great feedback from all who visited.
